I’ve owned, fixed up and lived in many homes, but had never used a realtor in any transaction. I reached out to Ryan because I was super impressed when he approached me about an incentive for Raceland teachers a year ago where he wanted to give away money for their classrooms. No strings attached! He also wanted to involve CES students in creating care packages, writing letters, or drawing pictures for our service men and women. Ryan was super helpful and didn’t laugh at me when my expectations were a little lofty, or when I changed my mind about what I thought I wanted in our next project. He obliged me when I wanted to submit ridiculously low ball offers. He helped us score our dream fixer upper and 15 acres! We closed yesterday afternoon on our new project, and as you can tell, I’m a little impatient. We didn’t waste any time diving in and starting demo! (Not pictured was the entire garage #jojo demoed while I was inside taking out all my stress and aggression on interior walls. 😆). I can’t wait to know all the Lowe’s employees by name again, find steals and deals as we renovate, and watch #jojo work his magic transforming this little house into something awesome!
